If you’re looking for a Knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable loan officer, Ryan Welch is your guy. He came highly recommended and he more than exceeded our expectations. He got us pre-qualified and out shopping very quickly, which was important since we were making a short notice move across country. We weren’t even sure if buying was going to be an option on our timeline, but from the first conversation with Ryan, we knew we were in good hands and the reality of homeownership, even in this tricky market, was within reach. He communicated every step of the way, was always available to answer questions that we had, and provided expert insight when trying to determine when to lock in our rate. We were doing a VA loan, which can include extra hurdles but Ryan helped us navigate the process without issue. Best of all, due to he and his team’s thoroughness and diligence, we were able to close in only 3 weeks!
